Orphaned Thot

An orphaned thot is a thot that is left behind without any ancestor thots remaining within its host note to become said thot's new parent thot.

When an orphaned thot occurs, the user is first alerted with a prompt that if the user continues, all orphaned thots will be graduated into header thots, creating new host notes.
